A very good zombie adaption of a children's fairy tale. Rip is a soldier out on training. A soldier who has lost a lot. Rip meets a familiar friend on the wintry trail but that can't be possible... he died in battle. This is part 1 of a serial and at first I was a little disappointed at the length of the book but as serials go, this is pretty decent. I'm off to buy the first 6 parts collected ($1). If you enjoy zombie fiction, the first part is free, so make your own decision.
